Ways to use the Intranet

• Check which meetings and events are coming up in the diary
• Download these directly to your schedule management software of choice
• Browse the electronic journal by username or workpackage
• Comment on and contribute to your colleagues work
• Visit the Document Store to access theme templates, meeting minutes and other such items
• Find guidance documents on HR, Finance and similar under Staff Information
• Remember, use the Dashboard (black bar at top of page) to make journal entries and edit your profile. Guidance notes are saved under Staff Information.
