- Guotai Wang’s MICCAI 2015 work comprises segmentations where the user provides strokes for foreground and background at the beginning of the workflow, and the rest of the workflow is non-interactive
- NiftyMIDAS allows for manual segmentations, we want to adapt this feature for the stroke inputs for segmentation correction
- An initial discussion held with Miklos Espak, the main developer of NiftyMIDAS. In addition to the above considerations, we also want to merge some useful features from NiftyMIDAS back into the main NifTK codebase.
