1- Preparation and submission of an abstract on evaluation of placental segmentation to the Hamlyn Symposium.
2- Compilation of three of the software suites available at the lab: NifTK, EpiNav and NiftyMIDAS. The goal of this is to step my Linux machine to be the one where integration on the Linux platform will be evaluated. It was found that the three platforms have different library requirements. This makes the compilation complex and very time consuming.
3- Started literature review on Port placement.
