Weekly meeting 8 Feb 2017

With regards to the journal:

– Be careful with DSC when images contain just background

– Look at how to implement the dense optical flow as a Caffe layer (just for portability reasons)

– Find a LSQ Solver (maybe CUBLAS?), there are two ways of doing it, Cholesky or QR decomposition, look at the LSQ booklet.

With regards to MICCAI:

– Trying first two consecutive frames as input.

– List of possible architectures written in my notebook just in case the previous one does not work.
