• Results of reconstruction pipeline so far:

  • Resampling of target volume (‘best looking’ fetal stack) to uniform grid
    

  • Rigid registration of all stacks to chosen target

    

  • Averaging of rigidly registered stacks to obtain first estimate of reconstructed volume

    

• IRTK:

  • Built successfully by Pankaj

  • Still: Provided test file returns error

3. Action Items:

• Write email to B. Kainz regarding exact information about their test environment for IRTK

• Refine existing reconstruction pipeline

• Build own registration algorithm

• Further reading + summary of literature review
