2. Discussed Topics:

• Source code of other reconstruction toolkits:

  • IRTK BKainz cudarecon

  • BTK (based on ITK)

  Both need to further time investment

• Reconstruction Algorithm:

  • Implementation of 2D to 3D registration works on test examples => Ready for implementation of first entire reconstruction pipeline

  • In-plane registration can be improved by regarding neighbour slices as vector images

• Honorary contract:

  • Terms of Placement as Honorary Appointee are sent back

  • Starting date of honorary appointment: Oct 27, 2015 (5 years)

3. Action Items:

• Reconstruction Algorithm:

  • Implement entire reconstruction pipeline

  • Incorporate additional in-plane registration strategy using vector images
