– What I have done:<\/p>\n
1) Asked CS department for an account for Martin. He is filling the required forms for this purpose.<\/p>\n
2) Gave Martin 1000 images (white light sampled at 2fps) to segment coming from 10 patients.<\/p>\n
3) Explained Martin how to segment with Gimp until we find an easier way.<\/p>\n
4) Finished the coding of the resampling for the optical flow.<\/p>\n
5) Recorded videos with the da Vinci S, three different types of fake placenta, large needle driver and 5Fr introducer, recorded all the combinations in air and water.<\/p>\n
6) Recorded videos with the old da Vinci and an ex vivo human placenta, three instruments, large needle driver, graspers and curved scissors. Recorded each individual instrument, different pair combinations and the three instruments together. Recorded in air, water and with a solid yellow background.<\/p>\n
– What remains in the TODO list for next week:<\/p>\n
1) Make a short presentation about my IROS submission for next week (needed for May 25th).<\/p>\n
2) Talk to Seb about how to proceed with the paper in regards to the MICCAI workshops.<\/p>\n
3) Ask Martin what tablet he has to search for an easier way of doing manual segmentations, some applications are ScribMaster or Inkist.<\/p>\n
