Attendance: Tom Vercauteren, Maria Zuluaga Valencia, Guotai Wang

Topics:

  • MICCAI workshop
  • MICCAI registration
  • Journal Paper

Action Items:

  • I have investigated the effects of scribble length on segmentation in the start slice. I’ll continue with investigating its effect on the whole volume.
  • Operator sensitivity will also be measured.
  • One potential improvement of our Slic-Seg method is to find the most important features in Random Forests prediction. If it is possible to only extract these features at a faster speed, the runtime can be reduced to a lower degree.
  • To further reduce use interaction during the co-segmentation of images in different views, it might be possible to provide scribbles only in one view.
  • Update the framework figure to show the generation of probability image and highlight the one-slice interaction in co-segmentation.
