2. Discussed Topics:
- Next steps on the project (see enclosed slides). Topic chosen are the first and the last one of the list in the second slide.
- Tom proposal on diffeomorphic image registration for pre-term preadolescent rabbit brain imaging. Cross sectional studies between control, premature, and premature with steroids treatment.
- As methodological study, the discretisation of the displacement space in the optimisation step of the registration algorithm as first step for the continuous optimisation. Further the discretisation should happen in the tangent space.
